The firm is pleased to announce that Terence (Terry) Mullen has been promoted to shareholder. Terry’s practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation, securities fraud cases, and professional liability lawsuits. After obtaining his law degree from Boston College, Terry served as a Judicial Clerk to Honorable Michael Patrick King at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Terry subsequently joined a litigation firm in Florida which focused on high-stakes hedge fund litigation in the United States, Europe and the Caribbean, including consolidated class action litigation, derivative litigation, hedge fund liquidation proceedings, and claw-back proceedings in federal, bankruptcy and state courts. Terry has continued handling high-stakes securities fraud claims, business break up cases, and other complex commercial litigation at the firm, including the defense of significant class action claims.
